The Brazilian fintech Rivool Finance was the only company from Brazil selected for the Select USA Investment Summit, an event that has facilitated foreign investments in startups since 2011. The event gathers executives, large corporations, and government entities to hear proposals from global startups. Rivool Finance stood out among 300 participants by presenting its proposal to connect global investors to the Brazilian rural credit market using tokenization and blockchain technology, collaborating with securitization and origination entities for efficient credit asset management.

“Being recognized at one of the world's largest technology events is very important for Rivool. Sharing our vision with potential international investors positions us well in the market,” highlights Tiago Piassum, CEO of Rivool Finance.

Various global companies from different sectors have benefited from the Investment Summit's support, contributing to global innovation. This year's edition took place from June 23 to 26. Tiago Piassum, co-founder of Rivool Finance, emphasized that the presence of the Brazilian startup strengthens the relationship between the Summit and Brazil's agribusiness market, highlighting the country's rural credit.

Founded last year, Rivool is led by a diverse team, including Tiago Piassum, former CEO of Marco Investimentos, and Mauro Leite, former CEO of Vetorial Internet. The company aims to innovate in the conventional market. Rivool Finance aims to establish an efficient fundraising channel with international investors to meet rural credit demands.

According to the CNA's 2023/24 agricultural and livestock plan, the past three years have seen shortages of resources and interruptions in official credit programs, increasing the search for alternative financing sources. Rivool uses real asset tokenization, such as CPRs, transforming them into digital tokens on the blockchain. This allows producers to access financing through a new channel, negotiating directly in the international market according to updated demand and prices.
