Company Connects National and International Investors to the Brazilian Rural Credit Market Through Tokenization

Rivool Finance has announced the creation of an investment banking arm, to be led by Fernando Fegyveres, a partner at the fintech and former CEO of Voiter Bank. The company connects national and international investors to the Brazilian rural credit market through tokenization.

“The new investment banking arm, combined with blockchain technology, is a great opportunity to bring innovation to the capital markets,” says Fegyveres in a statement. Tiago Piassum, founder and CEO of Rivool, notes that the new executive has originated, structured, and managed over $30 million in credit operations. “We are excited about the investment banking arm, and his leadership will strengthen the strategic vision of our thesis.”

Rivool uses blockchain technology to tokenize financial products such as Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRAs), Rural Product Notes (CPRs), and other types of debt in Switzerland, under the country's crypto regulations.
