Rivool Finance Establishes Research and Development Division

The department will focus on developing strategic research to integrate the fintech platform with market dynamics.

Rivool Finance, a fintech specializing in connecting global investors to the Brazilian credit market through tokenization and blockchain, has launched a research and development division. Led by partner Cristiano Oliveira, Rivool's Head of Research and former Associate Professor at FURG (Federal University of Rio Grande), the new department features a dedicated team focused on conducting strategic research, delivering detailed solutions, and strengthening credit analysis for international investors.

The research center will focus on developing new predictive credit models, with an emphasis on data intelligence, blockchain, and asset tokenization. "Our work will focus on creating solutions that facilitate access to credit and reduce the bureaucratic bottlenecks faced by small and medium-sized rural producers. By integrating Rivool’s advanced technology platform with the academic expertise of the research team, we ensure that the solutions developed are both viable and adaptable to market dynamics,” says Oliveira.
