This document aims to demonstrate full transparency regarding the handling of your personal data by Rivool Finance. When reading the Privacy Notice, you will be aware of how we handle your personal data, involving the operations of collection, use, storage, and deletion.

We are SMART SOFTWARE LTDA, a private legal entity, registered with CNPJ under no. 49.261.619/0001-49, headquartered at Rodovia José Carlos Daux, n° 5500, Loja 31, Torre Jurerê, Saco Grande, Florianópolis/SC.

We offer our clients personalized solutions and access to the largest open platform of financial products in Brazil. We have resilience by nature and excellence as a commitment.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

Law 13.709/18 aims to stipulate how personal data will be handled, mainly aiming to defend and protect privacy and freedom rights.

The Law determines that the National Data Protection Authority will be the public power body responsible for ensuring compliance with the Law through inspections and the application of fines according to any infractions committed.

Meeting the requirements imposed by the Law, Rivool Finance is pursuing total transparency with the data subjects.

PERSONAL DATA HANDLED AND THEIR PURPOSES

Rivool Finance, denominated as the Data Controller, will process the following personal information:

The purpose of using the data shown above is presented through the following explanation:

• The information allows Rivool Finance to meet the client's demand on its official website and facilitates the registration for account opening.

• Through the collection of information, it is possible to establish contact, offer the most suitable services to the client's reality and needs, send business proposals/partnerships, and hold meetings with investors.

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

Personal data is stored in Rivool Finance's internal systems. Furthermore, personal data will be discarded upon request from the data subject.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Rivool Finance ensures that the information is not deliberately shared with other external agents, but we may use third parties as data operators. In this way, we commit to treating your personal data according to the provisions established in the LGPD and other legislations regarding Data Protection.

Furthermore, under no circumstance do we sell customer information or pass it on to third parties without authorization, except for constituted authorities, in strict compliance with the Law.

SECURITY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED BY RIVOOL FINANCE

We are responsible for maintaining security measures, technical and administrative, capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or illicit situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication, or any form of improper or illicit treatment.

In compliance with article 48 of Law no. 13.709 (LGPD), Rivool Finance, through the Data Protection Officer, will notify the Data Subject and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) of the occurrence of a security incident that may pose a significant risk or harm to the Data Subject.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

The LGPD lists 9 rights that you, as the data subject, have. You can access these rights through article 18 of the Law, which provides the following provisions:

• Confirmation of treatment existence;

• Access to personal data;

• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;

• Anonymization, blocking, or elimination of unnecessary, excessive, or treated data in non-compliance with the provisions of the LGPD;

• Data portability to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the ANPD, observing commercial and industrial secrets;

• Elimination of personal data treated with the consent of the data subject;

• Information from public and private entities with which the controller has shared data;

• Information about the possibility of not providing consent and about the consequences of the denial;

• Revocation of provided consent.

END OF PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT

The Data Subject can request, at any time, through email or in person, Rivool Finance to delete the personal data provided.

The Data Subject is aware that it may be unfeasible for the Controller to continue providing services to the Data Subject after the elimination of personal data.
