the economic side of the stock.
Each asset is issued by Ondo and tracks the price of a US stock or ETF. The economic rights are yours: price changes and dividends. Voting rights are not.

You see the cost before you confirm.
The same flow as the app, in five steps.
The cost shows before you confirm. When you sell, the money returns to your Global Account once settlement completes.

In the app, enter how much you want to invest, in dollars. The minimum on screen already includes the fees.
- 2

To sell, the same path
Selling has no Rivool fee, and the money becomes available once settlement is complete.

Who can invest, and what can go wrong.
We'd rather you know this before you invest than after. Ondo defines who can invest, country by country. Check the criteria for Brazil before you invest.
- 1
Market
The price of the stock or ETF goes up and down: the asset follows it.
- 2
Exchange (FX)
In Brazilian reais, the result also depends on the dollar.
- 3
Issuer and structure
The asset is issued by Ondo and backed by the stocks held in custody; if the issuer has a problem, recovery is limited to what is recovered from that backing, and any dispute goes to arbitration in Switzerland. It isn't a brokerage account and has no insurance.
- 4
Liquidity and execution
It executes at the quoted price or doesn't execute. Outside trading hours, it doesn't trade.
You can lose part or all of the amount invested.
No FGC (Brazil's deposit guarantee fund) coverage and no guaranteed yield. Taxes are your responsibility.
Note. Assets issued by Ondo that track US stocks and ETFs; they are not the stocks. Eligibility defined by Ondo per country. This is not an offer or investment recommendation.
What clients ask first.
Do I become a shareholder of the company?
No. You hold the economic rights, with no vote.
What about dividends?
They are reinvested in the asset, with up to 30% withheld at source.
Is it a BDR?
No. A BDR pays dividends in cash; here they are reinvested.
Do I need to open an account abroad?
No. Use your Global Account dollar balance.
Can I trade at any time?
No. Only while the US market is open, including extended hours.
Who can invest?
Anyone who meets Ondo's criteria for their country. For Brazil, they are on Ondo's eligibility page.
